Following on from Tuesdays victory against Birmingham Tigers, Shawbury United continue their preseason campaign with the visit of near neighbours Church Stretton Town FC to the Ludlow Stadium, Kick off is 3pm on the 3G surface.

Assistant Manager Sean Evans has spoken of the fixture. "It promises to be a really good test for the lads this weekend against decent opposition. Church Stretton had a very good season last year and will be aiming for promotion this season. The lads come into the game off the back of a decent little run out at Birmingham Tigers. Myself and the gaffer are now looking to see the squad hit higher levels again as we build towards 3rd August. It also gives us a chance to look at a few new signings and trialists that we may take on".
