The Shawbury Sweep - Lottery Scheme

Shawbury United FC are proud to hold a lottery license to allow you to support the football club and win some money all at the same time. The lottery scheme introduced in 2020 means that for just £5 a month you could win £100 at our monthly draw and even more if it's rolled over.

All you have to do is email sweep@shawburyunitedfc.co.uk and complete the requested details:

You will be assigned a unique number and a standing order reference for you to set up your monthly payment. Then that's it, each month we will draw the winning number where you could win £100!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The entry fee each month is £5 paid by standing order which must be set up to be paid to Shawbury United FC by the 28th each month to be eligible for the following months draw on 10th.
2. By entering the Shawbury Sweep, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is an offence to gamble under the laws of the United Kingdom. Shawbury United FC reserve the right to ask for proof of identification.
3. Each monthly draw will take place on 10th. The winning number drawn will entitle the winning person to the sum of £100.00. If there is no winner, the winning sum will be added to the following month by £50 creating a £150.00 prize fund. The sum will continue to be rolled over by £50 until the sum is won.
4. The draw will consist of drawing out a winning number from between 1 and 150. The entrant who has the winning number will be contacted via the contact information provided. By entering the Shawbury Sweep, the entrant gives Shawbury United FC permission to announce the winner by name on it's social media platforms.
5. Entrants can cancel their entry at any time. Should Shawbury United FC not receive your monthly standing order of £5 by 28th you will not be entered into the following monthly draw and will not be entitled to the winning should your winning number be drawn. Should the entrant withdraw from the Shawbury Sweep, the entrant’s unique number may be reallocated to a new entrant.
